I have run restaurants since 2014. Working the floor and running the business myself taught me how demanding restaurant work is, and how hard it is to succeed.

At YU-SHIN we serve people through food: restaurants, bento, bento brokerage, consulting and online sales.

To remain a company people choose, we will listen closely to what today's discerning customers want, and aim to be a specialist in our industry that creates new value for the years ahead.
