Three ways we support people from their first day.

Training for new starters
New starters are trained before they join a team and again after. From the basics of working life to classroom sessions on sales and service, we cover it during training.
Workshops and study sessions
Service, sales and office staff each have their own work, so we hold regular get-togethers across departments to keep everyone talking. They are very popular in the company.
Time together
Sports days and hobby clubs keep things lively. Getting moving is a good refresher, and it brings people together across teams and years of service. Families and partners are welcome too.
